"... it appears to me necessary to every physician to be skilled in nature, and to strive to know, if he would wish to perform his duties, what man is in relation to the articles of food and drink, and to his other occupations, and what are the effects of each of them to everyone."

Hippocrates

Mission Statement

As the father of medicine Hippocrates states above, knowledge of Nature, Diet and Lifestyle and how these factors affect the health of an individual is imperative for any healthcare practitioner.
With the minefield of information presented by the media these days regarding health – its very difficult to know what’s good for you and what’s bad. After many years of studying the traditional and scientific literature surrounding health i have developed the ability of separating the facts from myth, sound traditional practice from dated superstition and sound science from biased science with a commercial interest. It is my intention to pass on this valuable information to the best of my ability.
